But if we take her as a Kree hybrid: It's canon that most Kree females are born with the innate ability to seduce any male (I guess they grow into it around puberty). Nowadays they undergo mandatory surgery to 'correct' this, but this also robs them of the ability to give or receive sexual pleasure. Sex, for them, is only for reproduction.
In Kree society, you are expected to be a man - even if you're a woman.
Anyway, Carol obviously never underwent the surgery, so she would most likely have the ability. Since Kree live about 210 years, she may not have hit puberty yet... so who knows, it may happen someday: Carol goes into heat and scours the Marvel universe looking for a mate as all the males run for the hills to save life and limb.
