>>107976712It was more like superhero comic fans didn't want SJW agendas overtaking the theme of superhero comics. Social Agenda plots started taking lead over Action, Good Guys fighting Bad Guys.
Also, SJW editors thought that it would be easier to force fans to accept their agenda by replacing fan favorites and originals with their "vision." The thing is, if fans don't like something, they don't buy it, partially leading to the collapse we're seeing now.
But the big event that propelled so many of these CG Indiegogo books was writer Mark Waid thinking he was the gatekeeper for the comic industry, and interfered with Richard C. Meyer's book hitting the comic book store shelves. A violation of the law that is currently in litigation.
Who's to say what should and shouldn't be published? Gail Simone has said that "Comics are for Everyone." That is true. But it's also true that Not All Comics are for Everyone. That's the beauty of comics, everyone can find their niche. And if they can't find it, it's easy to make.
But SJWs feel that Superhero comics, like Video Games, are bastions of Toxic Masculinity, and seek to change it. But they don't do it by providing new material to their liking, they only seek to destroy. They're a cancer in every industry they touch.
