I never thought I'd say this, but Augustus, please say or do something, anything at all. I guess I can understand him having his balls lopped off when it comes to Lucy since she's housing him, now, but surely he has a few comments for this clown making everybody uncomfortable.

>>107834118It's less that she got mad and more that she exploded and left him so quickly over a girl who looks down on her at every opportunity and whom she's resented for the entire comic.
>>107834264Historically, the cast usually gangs up on Mike when a conflict between him and Lucy arises. The comic is aware enough of this to have Mike complain about it, and I'm pretty sure that knowledge is what's made him to pissy in this chapter specifically. The issue is that it seems like the comic is trying to make this seem justified, or at least the primary fanbase believes as such. Lucy's abusive disposition is being shrugged off by everybody as if it's not really a problem, and an inordinate amount of focus is being placed on how much Mike "needs" Lucy and his focus on Sandy. This all completely ignores why he latched onto Sandy so hard in the first place as well as Lucy having legitimately taken Mike for granted for a long time, much more than Mike ever did to her, flashbacks included.
TLDR Mike isn't a self insert so he doesn't get to be the center of morality
>>107834564Mike hasn't played videogames in a while, mainly because they're all multiplayer games he used to play with Lucy but also in an attempt to be more mature for Sandy. I think I recall Paulo saying they should play games together sometime in Mutual Assurance but I guess he never followed up on that. Correct me if I'm wrong.
