The fundamental flaw in right wing thinking is that it assumes anything that has worked, will work e.g. the status quo reigns supreme. This goes against the inherent flow of history as we're constantly evolving due to figuring out our world a bit better and adjusting our society accordingly. Thus, any conservative viewpoints are ultimately doomed to irrelevance at some point, so trying to imbue them into children's programming is kind of moot

That is the fundamental flaw of conservatism, which follows liberalism like an impotent shadow just voicing his displeasure but never doing anything about it. The right wing in its manifestations in the late 19th and 20th century has been anything but conservative, it has tried to bring change almost as radically as communism. The dilution of what is essentially right-wing by American politics has made it so that, while right-wing cartoons do exist, conservative thought denies them as "true right-wing" because they also seek change.

Depends, are you talking about global right wing or american right wing?

Plenty of cartoons extol the virtues of hard work, familial bonds, and keeping up tradition - what a European would mean by conservative values

If you're looking for a cartoon that's pro-gun, anti-welfare, and anti-poor people then you're gonna have to stick to propaganda videos or make your own. American conservatism is less a set of opposing values to liberalism and more a bunch of antagonistic positions morons have been tricked into backing.

This is kind of an appeal to novelty, ya know?
Change or being new does not necessarily make an idea inherently good, correct, right, an improvement, bad, incorrect, wrong or deterioration/regression.
The improvement of something is necessarily change by its definition. But the converse of this statement is not necessarily true. To put it shortly, you can change something for the better, or for the worse.
