>>107774125>I kind of like the idea of him being a manlet and being controlled by Minniein Italian stories he is.
But because Italian Minnie is usually a nice person, it's not an issue when they show her as more controlling\jealous.
(the time they had him marry another gal required writing Minnie completely out of character)
Minnie and Mickey have a very "small-time bourgeois" relationship and characters, which also contrast quite nicely with Pete&Trudy's "small-time proletarian"
>>107775429Mickey would leave Daisy in like, 5 minute.
The one time they had Minnie go Full Daisy he literally married another gal.
Daisy would be unable to support Mickey's adventurous life. And I bet she'd end up insulting Goofy, which is a no-no.
They would break up soon and without a second though from Mickey's
Daisy would possibly\likely find Donald's general laziness and emotional ups&down(bipolar Donald? I'm now finding similarities between Donald and Hank Pym, as well as between Daisy and Jan) too tiring for a long-term relationship.
I can see them staying as friends, though, possibly helping in dealing with Scrooge.
She would no doubt endear Grandma Duck(who'd try to get her stay with Donald) and either become fast friends or bitter enemies with Brigitta(they are quite similar in character)
