However, I would like to point out that outside of burgerland you could make the case for both free speech and guns being (truly) exclusive to the ruling class; In german alone there have been for years police raids on peoples homes and arrests over twitter posts and "liking" said posts, even though the posts themselves didn't contain anything unlawful. Also for the matter of guns, the situation varies based on your exact location but in general they are borderline unacceptable for non-elites, at least be lawful means. Currently in my area there are 2 legal ways to get gun permits: 1.Apply to the "normal" way and hope you know someone who can help you secure the permit trough rubbing elbows since the the permit request can and will be denied at will for no explanation for as many times as the please and theres a hefty fee associated in applying. Or 2. Not strictly illegal but loopholish way to abuse inheritary repossession of contraband, but it only works for older (and somewhat unsafe) gun, which is the way I got access to permits for my grandfathers service rifles an machine pistol.
