You can also always go back and look at older shit you might not yet experienced or things from other countries, time flows like river and by the time you are done what is new now will be old and no longer look as bad to what has become the new new.

I'd also recommend re-evaluating your diet since malady due malnutrition is pretty common cause for depression, even if you eat a lot of shit like fast food and microwave dinners is not the same as eating what your body need to be in "feel right" mode, physical activity is also needed to keep your body in good shape, but that i shouldn't even need to say.
