>>107200891That's the thing, this show has called the least attention to its alleged "wokeness" out of any show I've ever seen and people are claiming it's She-Ra meets...whatever the fuck Crunchyroll's first OG production is.
Aside from Harrow's brief mention of a more equal society there, as far as I can recall, haven't been any attempts to draw attention to any of the show's inclusiveness. It's just there. It's only egregious if seeing a black king or a lesbian queen bothers you. That's literally it. The show isn't spending its time on how hard lesbian queens have it or showing kids mocking Ezran for being mixed-race, and the only negativity around Callum being a stepson is the natural guardedness many step-parents have around their stepchildren. There are a zillion ways every episode could be a Very Special Episode, and this show wisely avoids that almost all of the time. Anybody who says "I'm fine with [x] in my cartoons as long as they don't focus on [x]!" and then complains about this show has proven how full of shit they have always been.
Take issue with the show's clunky portrayal of black magic, complain about pacing, point out the hypocrisy of the elves, whatever, but it's beyond stupid when faggots in these threads (not you) screech about forced pandering diversity when it's supposedly exactly how diversity is supposed to be done.
