The people who were alive in 616, at the time it came out, were probably still alive. So Ben Reiley probably remains dead for instance, but Kaine would be that one cool uncle that always gets you something hyper violent/way outside what your parents want you to be playing with.

I could never get a bead on when the time split from 616 would've been, because Annie is supposedly supposed to be the kid Mephisto showed MJ and Peter during one more day, but normie is to young for that timeline to line up especially if Harry died in the same way he initially did

Apparantly the split in the road is that Civil War never happened in this timeline. So I guess everyone that was alive during that time period continues to be alive, unless they were taken out by Regent?

Its vague how they use regent because even though he first appeared in the secret war tie in where annie was created he was used in the 616 story and I don't remember him being in the main RYV story

the series is set in a different universe than the Secret Wars mini.(well, duh)

in the series, Regent wasn't such a big player, and was likely dealt with in a similar manner as in 616

So, yeah, most everybody is still alive

Regent was mentioned but it was just to explain why MJ had a power suit. Otherwise, he may as well have been talking about some other z-lister like Will o' the Wisp for all the impact he had to the story.
