Quite impressive, actually. the storytelling is unlike any other European comic The surrealism is reminiscent of MC Escher and Moebius and many others among them in a crossover. Another similar comic that I think would fit would be the Obscure Cities series, which is also in my top 10.

Thanks. I'll check it out. I've read some of the other stuff on your list, though I have zero interest in Star Wars, and I checked out Dorohedoro some years back and did not like it at all, but I was planning to give it another shot. Pretty good overall.
