Chloe as well would be a strong contender, but everyone discounts her and those episodes because 1) they suck, 2) Timmy acts like an eunuch in season 10.
Trixie, she's cute and all and the main love interest but her flaws are just too much to overlook and moments like "Tell me I'm pretty" basically sank that ship despite all the attempts to resurrect it.
Veronica was hardly even a real character let alone love interest.
Vicky gets a big push here because the redhead girl/brown haired boy memes, Garabatoz art, and the snow cave moment, but otherwise its mostly just fanon shit because she is probably unironically one of the worst human beings ever imagined in a cartoon.
