When Netflix dies, anything that they had an exclusive license for will lapse back to the original creators, whether this be network TV shows, "Netflix Original" content, or other stuff. After that, it's up to those creators to determine where they'll go, whether it be self-distribution or to another streaming service.
As for streaming in general, it will not go away so easily if Netflix dies. Hulu and Amazon Prime could and would easily take up the gap left behind by Netflix, given that one is supported by television networks and the other is literally Amazon. There are also other smaller streaming services centered around specific channels or networks (HBO Go, Disney+, etc.) that would certainly survive given that they would not be attached to Netflix nor would they necessarily be beholden to their users for financial support.
