>>105665855Schools create an environment where you can try a variety of different alignments. Recess is shown to be very tribal, with the school being little microcosms of society. Though the kids are all in their own cliques, they ultimately seem to be unified by the fact that they're all kids. The very concept of recess itself binds them as they are shown to cooperate when recess is at stake.
Randall however, chose to align himself with the teachers. He's a traitor to the kids, and is truly just a pawn for the adults. But he's okay with this because it gives him a sense of purpose. He also enjoys the power he gets from it, and he shows it usually before he tries to get others in trouble.
At it's core, Randall is unfortunately in a vicious circle. He needs to be a snitch because he has no friends, but he has no friends because he's the snitch. Realistically he probably just needs one real friend whom he can hang out with regularly that is his friend and peer, since learning to unify himself with others his age will help him develop more interpersonal skills.
It's not because he's Jewish stereotype. Randall is a snitch. This kind of shit happens to kids in suburbs all the time, and to kids of all backgrounds. He's just specced into the Teacher's Pet tree too much.
