More throwaway nine panel work, none of which add anything to the story or even build the setting. We know what was happening in the Sanctuary we are in issue five now. Maybe if the twist that everyone died was at the end so it was like we had lost characters we cared about it might be less padding and more meaningful.
The only thing of any importance was the five days age difference in the Flash's body. That wasn't a big enough fact for an entire issue to be a vehicle for it.
