people who read comics (yes, actually read them!) and talk about them online are important parts of the community, it's where a lot of the inspiration comes from. otherwise a creative can feel like they're just imagining nonsense, or they traced some sketches they kept in a drawer, and haven't accomplished much of anything really.
it's not their fault if people who make comics like this are incapable of perceiving the life of "large guys who read comics," and prefer "somewhat attractive women who will like me if I talk about caring about their process of painfully putting together a costume and their painful daily routine that I imagine."
