Barring any complications regarding that, I think it will probably get made, and that's because unlike the aforementioned it's never had a massive popularity spike followed by a definite decline. It's just been a successful cult show chugging along consistently the whole time, steadily gaining viewers and making enough money to keep going through syndication on multiple cable channels and Hulu. It's the successor to King of the Hill in a lot of ways including approximate level of popularity, with the key difference being that all key creative figures behind Bob's are still involved in the show and most of the writing staff has been there the entire time, which is kind of unheard of for a show in its 8th season and has prevented the creeping staleness that affected the second half of KOTH's run.
I don't think the show is any more or less successful right now than it was when they greenlit the movie a couple years ago, and odds are they budgeted the film within a realistic estimate of what the return on investment will be. Adult animated sitcoms in The Simpsons' mold also have an unprecedented average longevity when they're successful, and I think people who enjoy the show in the first place are just less likely to fall out of love with it with time than something like P&F (which is funny but reeks of formula and works best as 11 minute shorts), AT (which had potential but got trapped in pretension and poor planning), or TLH (which has never been a good show and was made by a sex criminal)
