>>105263272The author is also having a very hard fucking time realising that:
1. corporations aren't people no matter what the fuck the retarded laws that get passed by the shills in the suits with money state, and 2. corporations don't ever get to decide what speech is protected or not (it's ALL protected speech in the USA, fyi corporate shitters in the audience. just make a neck tie from a 50ft rope, put it on, climb a 100ft tree, tie the open end to a branch AND JUMP DOWN, MOTHER FUCKER)
in a perfect world people would just add you to their ignore lists for spamming "triggering" words in a chat service; they're not actually preventing you from saying anything, they're preventing themselves from hearing you. the same if someone walks away from you IRL, there's no right to force people to sit still and hear you.
the entire concept of a right is that it can't be taken away. by anyone, ever. (even if they shoot you for it) if it can be revoked at any time for any reason, then it's just a temporary privilege.
>>105263463>There is no solution.the solution is you take away their powers when they abuse it. no one ever said the person selling the megaphones gets to switch off the ones being used the way the seller doesn't like.
no one has the right to decide who says what when or where, and to who and why for; it was already decided that anyone can anywhere say any thing they please (at least in the USA) and the business owners can bitch and moan all they fucking please when they get their tongue-and-finger chopping knives taken away from them for using it in the first place, because they're fucking power-hungry sadists.
