The criminal justice system is broken-and in some cases, racially discriminative, yes-but there is still an enormous problem on the part of blacks. This isn't a controversial statement.

But none of that changes the fact that blacks, numerous decades later, are still committing as obscene a level of crime as they are. Their community is going to have to take accountability for itself if it ever wants to get out of the dires it's in.
