That's the difference between a """""pedo waifu""""" show like TLH where the humor, comedic timing, and great voice acting can save the day, and true waifu-only shows like Hilda or Steven Universe where the vast majority of it is too boring to care and the humor/voicing can't carry the water so you're left looking up fanart instead.
