>>104876444>Just look for simple advice like identifying and compensating for biases or effective mnemonics that you can evaluate and implement yourself. You know, you might fight me on this but- I'm self aware to know that everything you just said sounds like complete bullshit. Okay if I need to be more objective; it sounds questionable. Skeptical even.
That is to say, reddit-tier feelgood wordsmithery. Maybe good for debates or something fedora-core but not actually good for say, improving in the sense of developing life strategies or furthering your goals and success at life. Mostly what I'm saying is it seems like pure rhetoric and rhetorical strategies to overcome biases and mental weakness doesn't improve you because I know it doesn't address an 'individual' in any way. A practical way. That's why philosophical fields like Ayn Rand sound intelligent on paper but are complete nonsense in practical terms.
Like if I was writing an Academia paper or Uni essay I'd expect said evaluation and 'toolkit' as great for writing papers and sounding 'intelligent' but the reality would be it's just inkblot making - I consider that reputable. And all things reputable should be questioned, no?
The problem is those strategies only address biases you're looking for and specifically trying to fix. Whereas real solutions only come in issues you're not self-aware of nor trying to solve at the moment at all beyond your perception or cognitive awareness completely.
