I used to have it recorded on a VHS tape along with Pebble and the Penguin and that weird Snow White sequel. I loved this weird little movie, with its Anastasia knock-off lead girl and rotoscoped dance sequence and crossdressing mouse.

I vaguely remember freaking out during Shrek 2 because the Prince does something to Fiona that was reminiscent of the weird-ass Count in this movie.

I did. I always remembered the song he did where he made a rat do a little dance for the townspeople on a little stage. It was a lot catchier in my memory before I looked it up again for nostalgia's sake.
