People might not agree with it, and there's a lot of overlap, but which one you like could depend on what site you use
Reddit is more into Ducktales. It's currently airing, has more lore built in, has more stakes. Caballeros is kind of /co/'s secret gem. It's been obscured by Disney and you need to really be into animation to know it exists. It's relatively simple and doesn't aim high.
In many ways that's why I prefer Caballeros. It's not heavy in building up promise, it keeps it simple to focus on the adventure. The humor is top notch, nothing about it is overly "relatable" and it when it is through the nieces it's not overpowering and actually funny. The animation isn't perfect but it feels like a fresh breeze then what we get now. It has things that knock it down like the whole Daisy thing but makes it up with what might be my favorite character interactions in animation. In a era where we get really bad attempts at being "deep" and edgy for the sake of notability Cabs becomes notable to going back to what cartoons always were and focusing on the comedy and action first
In other words, I think it's the magnum opus of what traditional Disney animated series based on their film properties has built up to. It takes a old franchise, keeps the friendship and the film's goofy and surreal charm intact and yet makes it into so much more then what the 80s shows accomplished
