Not a strict Rule 63 universe, so random characters change randomly based on what's coolest.
Aunt May dies, leaving Uncle Ben to raise Parker. Good Uncle but feels his wife could've related to their niece better than him.
Parker is the typical Spider-guilt and responsibility schtick, which adds tension to her and Morales' partnership because she's horrified by this kid risking her life but realizes her hypocrisy. She wants the full burden but is ultimately powerless to stop Morales.
Morales doesn't have her partner's hang ups and is desperate to impress/measure up to her. Recurring issues are Morales reminding Parker she's not her boss, Morales acting impulsively to prove herself and being hoist by her own petard, and Parker being reminded she can't control everything to keep Morales or anyone else hurt and her plans to keep Morales out of harms way backfiring in different ways.
An idea I came up for Kraven is finding ways to divide the girls, and creating disasters and situations so he can discern who'd be the better hunt. But he's more a patient observer than outright attack off the bat. But I feel that's definitely been done before.
JJJ's beef with the Spider-girls is just he pettily resents them for becoming a massive headache when they first came onto the scene. The conflicting but similar reports leading to a massive headache for him, unsure if they're a myth, bad intel, or what was going on, by the time the dust settled JJJ decided he didn't want to like the Spider-girls, so he didn't. Them working together only fuels his paranoia that they're some kind of conspiracy just to mess with him.
