The new-fangled "skeleton remotes" get sold to the superheroes in the show. These remotes turn anyone shot by their rays into powerless, animated skeletons. The allegory to guns is obvious.

Some superheroes get carried away and accidentally zap other heroes. Villains begin buying these remotes and zapping heroes too. KO has a song number calling for the legislation of rules to stop these remotes from going out of control.

In the end, KO gets cornered by a couple of superheroes who want to zap him for trying to take away "their rights." They get into a stand-off with KO holding a remote like a gun.

Because boy scouts are dicks. The parents willing to spend the time being troop leader are all asshole military loving dudes, and they turn the kids into those assholes in ROTC in highschool.
Girl scouts get treated better because the troop leaders are usually just some average outdoorsy woman.

Girl scouts literally do nothing but sell shit and no outdoorsy women are involved because no outdoorsy stuff is ever done by them, instead they're the ones with turbo bitches living through their daughters as they compete with other passive agressive soccer moms in cookie sales. And for what it's worth, boy scouts are usually treated more fairly in cartoons while girl scouts are shown pretty much as I described except with the personalities of the women leaders transferred to the little girls presumably for humor purposes.

This shouldn’t have gotten past S&P, in fact I can’t belive a show that is about and does nothing of note got past the pitch and didn’t get laughed out of the room. It’s like CN has no oversight, and is content pissing away money to fund an entire series over the stretched plot of some hacks boring student art film, with the occasional ham fisted political message of the writers.

It’s not wonder why no one watches them anymore, no one gives a fuck when even the people who run the channel don’t care, and are fine just airing content that bores and/or annoys the audience after 5 seconds of tuning in.

The boy scouts wished to capture one of the main characters, J.P., because the episode involved him contemplating whether he was an alien from outer space and wished to make contact with aliens. Apparently the boy scouts wanted to get a badge for finding an alien, as in a space alien. It was an E.T. parody, and had absolutely nothing to do with illegal immigrants.

I think OP wanted to start a genuine thread with a sarcastic/false synopsis akin to the Arthur threads /co/ sometimes has. Except since this show is hardly watched by anyone, people apparently took it as face value without bothering to actually watch the episode.

The show is written in a the most inoffensive way they can, the writers are obviously over worried about upsetting feelings so that’s why the show is so bland on a superficial level. If they’re stepping on eggshells avoiding a potential triggering, then it would make sense that an episode with a ham fisted political message of this type wouldn’t be far fetched.

COTC is the end result of what media would look like if social justice culture got its way. Crass jokes that might either directly or indirectly make someone feel uncomfortable or are unexpected are purged, what’s left is something that feels like a preschoolers show that’s quirky and whimsey, without getting anyone too excited or worried. Political issues would of course disrupt this, but that would be what the producers want to spread so that more people see their world view and want to recede in the “comfy” abyss
