http://aquaburst07.tumblr.com/post/179369447746/im-a-jr-graphic-designer-with-a-background-in-new I’m a jr graphic designer with a background in new media. And now that I had to think about these leaks in a critical and logical sense, trust me when I say this–these are fakes made by an armature. Hell, when my friend’s sister, who is also a graphic designer, looked at these and confirmed that. Let’s go over their mistakes, shall we?
They didn’t get the Dreamworks logo right. In the pictures, the logo is altered, having a box around them and changing the font. This is a huge no no for any designer. Companies always want the logo to remain intact. If you change the logo, they would flip out at you. (My guess is that OP didn’t have access to the DW logo, so they made a slapdash job at recreating it)
They used the default fonts. The font used in the photo is Copperplate Gothic, which is a default font that comes with every computer. Designers never use the default fonts unless they are under a time crunch or the font is Helvetica (that font gets used for everything under the sun). DW would never use a font like that in a project.
They put random text over the images. Again, no dubbing studio would do something like this. For example the leaks that Ezor’s VA released showed the full image.
Sepia tone letting in random colours is not normal. Usually you would either use straight up sepia or full colour. Never in-between.
Everything in the picture looks stilted. Everyone looks…off, especially the mice. Everyone is stiff and awkward. It reminds of those Netflixs thumbnails in that sense. Also, Pidge’s glasses look like they were taken from another image, cause the nose by the bridge is partly erased. And Pidge’s eyebrows are off in all of the images.
