Although the bus stop scenes aren't usually 100% logical anyway. The other siblings are never there, for instance. Shelly and Kevin could be in middle school which usually gets an earlier bus, and Ike could be in "afternoon" kindergarten or something. But Karen is at least in first grade, so it's odd. They also rarely remember to add backpacks, which can bug me. Or scenes where they're waiting for the school bus and just walk off into some other venture without mentioning the fact that they're going to miss the bus.
Oh well. It's a cartoon and gets made in a week.
