Yotsuba is the purest 2D girl ever drawn on paper, and serves as 4Chan's unofficial mascot (notice how the four leaf clover icon looks like her hair). She used to be on our front page until Hiroshimoot unleashed his colossal faggotry and replaced her with a literal who slut (though she still appears on 404 pages). Anons have always bonded together over wanting to protect her smile to the point where anybody who posts porn of her (or suggests lude behavior) sets off the site's collective paternal instincts and the anon gets banned. That's how it used to be anyway, the whole lurk moar thing used to have more meaning because people who visited the site used to have more respect for the existing culture and wanted to intigrate once they understood the nature, but now people just come here without adapting any of their posting habits to change the old culture because they don't see the point. Mods still keep up the tradition of banning people speaking ill of our queen, one of the few vestiges of old 4Chan culture that you can still find every once in a while. Makes me feel happy whenever I see an old tradition still popping up once in a blue moon.
