Stark creating Ultron makes more sense

I'm talking comics, 616 here, so don't mention the MCU.

For one, he's the Tech-guy/Engineer of the Universe; that's his thing. Apart from that, it adds to his increasing sense of paranoia and need to constantly upgrade his suits. It fits with the theme of him being a sort of modern-day Frankenstein. His books have always portrayed him as cntrol freak who gets worse the more he loses himself in the life of Iron Man. Thematically, it makes much more sense than Pym, the Biochemist Ant-Guy, simply going "imma create an AI and save the world". Pym was portrayed as a kind of loony/loser scientist who started becoming an adventurer. Stark was supposed to be the Mad Scientist. Richards already covered the Polymath Super-Genius Professor role, and Doom was his evil counterpart. Stark was Hephastus, or a modern Byronic/Tragic Hero who always was blinded by his Hubris.

The fact of the matter is, we could've gotten tons more stories out of Ultron being the creation of Iron Man, y'know, the guy who deals with robots, AIs, all that stuff, instead of being Ant-Man's creation. Take off your "muh canon" glasses, and you'll see I'm right. Thematically it makes much more sense.
