I guess when the chapter description said "Mike faces the consequences," it never said they'd be negative. He gets to keep Lucy around so he can vent to her, she can't take his friends away because only he (and now his daughter) can see her, and he gets to be in a relationship with Sandy and have a kid. I might add "or care" after "understand" in Mike's section, and I think Paulo tends to be more outspoken about what bothers him than the rest of the main four by a decent margin. He did maintain the status quo with Daisy and Abbey but that seemed more like it was specifically for Daisy than to keep the peace for everyone. Feel free to ignore my autism though.
