OP and everybody in this thread, you can't compare episode ranking between different shows. A 7.5 Sopranos episode is probably better in every way compared to a 9.0 Lucifer episode.

Different shows have different fanbases with different standards, so if Adventure Time fans expect lore and plot while Samurai Jack fans just expect action, then a Samurai Jack episode with excellent action will get 9.0 while an Adventure Time with action, some lore, and some plot will get a 7.5.
