The finale will have Blue, Yellow and Steven and the rest of Homeworld singing a song to create a reverse corruption wave after White Diamond is defeated, seeing as if all three combine their strength they can repair a corrupted gem entirely without the help of White Diamond (perhaps this obsolescence is a big plot point concerning both her and her gems on Homeworld).
Steven kisses Connie, maybe the movie elaborates on all the odd occurrences in SU where it's foreshadowed that Connie could be a gem or is connected to one in some way (seriously strange how many times this happens.)
The Crystal Gems and all of the now un-corrupted gems, decide to stay on Homeworld for good and try to rebuild the planet to be a bustling and lively world like it once was, in the spirit of Pink Diamond and Earth, and Steven stays on Earth with Connie, occasionally visiting Pearl, Garnet, Amethyst, etc.
