I think I can sum up what the main problem with the High Guardian Spice trailer is: it spent more time on the creators/ writers saying “look at what we’re doing” without showing what they’re doing. At the end of the trailer, I have no clue about the world, the characters, the setting, and I barely remember the characters names (if they were even mentioned). All I do know is Kate Leth and some other people are working on it, but do I care? Fuck no! I don’t know who Kate Leth is! SHOW OFF THE CARTOON SO I CARE ABOUT ITS STAFF. Unless the creator has a large amount of projects under their belt, show off the product before the creator. Hell, even Thundercats Go’s trailer got this right!
