That's the troble with working with your spouse it become hard to separate work from social life when they're not out superheroing reeds in his lab so from his perspective they spend lots of time together but for sue that time is unrewarding.

No idea, but it comes up in FF #50 or #51, when Reed's attempting to find a way to stop Galactus. He shuts himself in his room and spends days on it while Galactus sets up shop. Sue then complains about this.
I'm reading through the ECs but only at #32. (Read the Galactus Trilogy through a different tpb). I.E #50-#51 was where it was first used unless it was between #32 and those issues
