His "set" is mostly just him saying the most offensive things he can think of, and then he hopes he offends someone. If he does, he acts like they have a problem and he mocks them for it.
Aside from that, a lot of his "comedy" is just outright lying about stuff for the shock value. Tedx was the one time people thought he was a real comedian, because Tedx will let literally anyone speak and Sam being on stage was a testament to how wrong that was. Almost everything else he's done has been just to upset people, though, or to exploit the trust of a system that has nothing riding on being tested. Like getting a panel at a convention for example - something anyone can do, but most people don't because they don't want to stand up in front of a crowd and tell them nonsense.
