>>102187374I wouldn't say that Cassandra is introverted. She's not overly friendly, but has no problem with talking to people or going to social events.
>I really dislike Raps' continual attempts to force Cass into being more carefree and sticking her nose into Cass's business (like in "Challenge of the Brave," "Under Raps," "Big Brothers of Corona," and "Freebird") and how Rapunzel is literally incapable of taking a hint from Cass. She just keeps fucking Cass over and it vexes me.I think that's overstating things. Rapunzel could be a little pushy at times, but she admitted she was wrong and that was part of her character development. And in Freebird she admitted that it wasn't really about Cassandra or wanting to have fun, but about Rapunzel being afraid of gong after the black rocks.
Having said all that, I don't personally need to relate to a character to like them. I am actually more introverted, but still like Rapunzel. Although, I do relate to certain aspects of Rapunzel. As far as Cassadra, while I like her okay, I do find it annoying at times how she talks to Rapunzel. Rapunzel is a princess, and Cassandra is supposed to serve her, but she frequently disrespects Rapunzel and gets in her face, rather aggressively. This might be understandable if they were childhood friends or something, but they're not. Cassandra hasn't known Rapunzel that long at the start of the series. She can't have, since Rapunzel spent the first 18 years of her life in a tower with Gotthel being the only person she interacted with. Not to mention her constantly insulting Rap's boyfriend, even though he was the one who rescued Rapunzel and is the only reason Cassandra knows her. But I digress.
