Why does every action cartoon suck???

They all look like shit with bulky awkward character models, ugly designs, and choppy animation. Then if it does look good, the story sucks and it has no idea where it's going with the plot and characters.

I'm sick of CGI trash, and I'm sick of 2D stiff monstrosities. Why can't anyone in Western animation put any care into making a show GREAT??
