So is there ANY cartoon, still on progress, worth watching?

Adventure Time, Gumball, Steven Universe, I havent really given much attention to any of those, aside from having watched a few episodes. They all seem like Neo-feminist propaganda to me.

This means I will have to become a weeb and watch anime?

I don't like SU for entirely different reasons, but those make it neo-feminist propaganda? That makes little sense. I guess I could say if there were like 10 other shows also doing it then you could say it's propaganda. It isn't demanding you to think a certain way or to put any other sexual orientation down. You think it is because you've been in a bubble for too long. I think all you're experiencing is culture shock.

Why haven't you jumped ship yet to begin with?

When was the last time you watched a cartoon that wasn't dogshit? That wasn't centered around fart comedy or stupid child shenanigans? When was the last time you saw a cartoon have a moving scene? When was the last time you watched a cartoon that had a decent soundtrack alongside it? When was the last cartoon you watched that had an actual plot? Or whose plot wasn't all over the fucking place with a jumbled narrative. When was the last time a cartoon tackled an adult topic that didn't result in an abhorrent, regressive "lesson"?

Not saying you won't find weeb shit that possesses those flaws but virtually all recent western cartoons possess almost all of these flaws/lacking. The west is bereft of creativity, effort and meaning.

Modern animu is super feminist pandering, dude. I would go as far as to say it's almost WORSE than western cartoons. If you can't stand all the agenda, I'm afraid you literally have zero options for entertainment media, except very sparse pickings of super obscure series. And vintage stuff, ofc. It is a sad reality we live in, where escapism from irl bullshit is pretty much impossible even in fictional media.

There's always hope for the 2020's and beyond, but something tells me things are only gonna get worse...

What characters are legitimately gay/lesbian? Steven? No, he's with Connie and vice versa. Lars? He likes (or liked) Sadie, vice versa. The only one's I can really think of would Ruby and Sapphire (which, even at that is tricky. They've known each other their entire existence which would've been hundreds to thousands of years. Growing that close and being fused so many times would have any gem/person that close).

Steven Universe is worth it to binge watch but the first 24 episodes (read: 12 30 minute episodes) are kind of mediocre compared to the rest of the series it gets good. Just skip through sadie's song, it sucks.

Also it's not femenist propoganda, Steven is liek the only competent one in the show and his dad actually turns otu to be the positive role model.
