B is Emotion.
They're opposites as they oppose each other on the Diamond Symbol. This would also indicate that they equal in power.
Pink is, I think, Empathy, and below everyone else. Pink is the weakest and maybe Empathy opposes whatever White is.
Not exactly sure what that would be, my guess is that White is domineering and controlling, ignoring other's emotions. Which is evident in how she treated Steven and maybe in how she might have killed White Pearl's emotions.
I think It's clear by now that the diamonds have become less and less powerful as White made them.
They get smaller and smaller and assumably weaker although we're not 100% sure about how powerful Pink was before she was Steven.
There's also the indication that White is all the colours, Yellow and Blue are primaries. And Pink isn't the Primary colour Red, which is possibly indicating that she's an Off-colour along with her tiny stature.
I think White is overwhelmingly more powerful than the other Diamonds.
