The CGI in the original Raimi Spider-man was terrible.
The success or failure of these movies has 0% to do with attempts to make superheroes look seamlessly real. Most of them use powers that neither the audience nor the crew have a a clue of how they'd look in real life.
My problem is DCfaggots using a different metric for every DC film. We were supposed to be super-impressed with Wonder Woman being the biggest box office of the Summer, but to ignore BvS undergrossing it's rival Captain America 3 by 50%. Critics didn't matter, or were fixed, then WW was briefly the best reviewed cape movie then they were all-important.
