Jack had fifty years worth of inconsequential episodic adventures between season 4 and 5. I'm not saying that I'd personally want another season but there's no reason that there can't be more.

But it was Cartoon Network's equivilant of SpongeBob. Even people who didn't watch kids cartoons knew who Samurai Jack was. He was everywhere and everyone knew the synopsis for the show. It was iconic. It was Cartoon Network's most successful original series

Why? We got our long awaited ending so what's the point? Also season 5 was a huge bummer. I have honestly never seen a season go from a 10/10 to a 6.5/10 this quickly. How the fuck did they manage to make the first few episodes so good and then ruin the rest of the season?

The unconfirmed rumor was they initially were given more episodes to work with and then got the count cut down. If that's true, it shows in how truncated the last third is.
