This has been bugging me for ages and perhaps somebody here can explain it to me.
How do forcefields and invisibility go together as a power set? How do they relate to each other at all?
As far as I know the origin of this trope comes from Susan in the fantastic four, which the Incredibles basically are (with a speedster swapped for a fire guy), but it didn't really make a lot of sense for Susan either did it?
These seem like two completely unrelated powers that are just mashed together for no good reason.
