ITT: OP characters done right, with good weaknesses/restrictions.

Most OP characters either have no weakness, and need to be written dumb to have a story. Read: The Flash. Or they have some dumb contrived weakness that is almost always used to neuter them. Read: Kryptonians/Kryptonite, Martians/Fire, etc.

Can we get some examples of OP characters you actually like to see stories on because they neither nerfed or have PIS.
