>>101358497>continued...Now as for the other point of heroes and their quirks, I'd like to use One Piece as another interesting anime. Within that, you have all these powers going on and Oda himself has stated that the power level of fruit users is the same from start to finish, what changes is the user's imagination on HOW they use their powers.
What amazes me is how power match up's happen such as Luffy VS Enel or Mr 3 VS Magellan, even Bon-Chan himself when he was a villain had an interesting power that was used so wonderfully in a malicious way (disguising himself as a King, causing mistrust and sparking a Civil War).
Within MhA, I think the imagination of people will grow and it's already been interesting to see how people's powers are used within the different arcs. You also forget that within the School's teachings, there are tests and classes all about having to restrain your quirk, or using them in certain ways as situations will all be different. For example, Urakaka's power will be much more useful than Bakugo's in a landslide or a building collapse but Bakugo could learn to control his explosions and time them to be as useful as Urakaka's in those same scenario's so he doesn't cause more structural damage or risk crushing more innocents waiting to be saved.
Within comics, it's a different medium, many powers and interesting ways of using said powers happen once or twice for a certain arc or plot point. Then they never use them again, whereas in anime/manga, due to the idea that there is a start and an ending (even in Shonen) those powers all trained up, those power ups, will all be used frequently.
Personally, there is already so much growth and world building within MhA that makes it stand out from other Shonen. The characters are growing, the bright world has it moments of darkness where shit can and does hit the fan and has some hype as fuck moments that do (for me) rival some of the best hype as fuck moments within comics.
