>>101148397>you're an idiot stop talkingSounds like something an idiot who is incapable of defending his position would say.
>Jack Kirby knew anatomy fine if you looked at his pre-Marvel era drawings, the reason he started getting looser with it was to emphasize the action and momentum of his drawings, to give them motion and lines of action, you dumb fuck. >was to emphasize the action>DUMB FUCKYou really do get off on your own stink, don't you? Just look at the shading in that picture you JUST posted. Shading is haphazard, with multiple sources. Where's it coming from? The top? off to the side above them? Contradicting shadow sources, a ceiling that has a complete lack of depth despite him trying to make it look like it's sloped. Just an endless parade of bad art work, which every artist instantly points to as an example of how not to draw.
>He drew COMICSUmmm, excuse me? And? Is that actually a point or are you implying that because he was drawing comics that excuses his shitty art? Because it doesn't, and you're both embarrassing, and an embarrassment to, the medium.
>camera anglesOkay, and there you have it. Quit pretending you know a single thing about art, it's painfully obvious you don't.
>it was all used to convey story and action because he was making fucking comic books.AND? THIS WAS FROM 1940, FOR A FUCKING NEWSPAPER, if an artist is capable of fully defining his characters and putting in the effort to draw from proper perspective in order to translate their scene into something that is instantly recognizable and easy to follow, WITH action that excites and flows, how is he unable to? Because he is a shit art, that's why. Fuck off and never come back here. You're a disgrace to the board and to comics as a whole, only concerned with erasing any sense of respect they should have in order to prop up some workaholic from the 60's.
