>>101088982It's been years since I saw the show, but this is my read on it.
You can vaguely see it from when civilians and non-powered characters take on monsters. Un-transformed, characters are shown to be able to tangle with monsters, but they are more focused on dodging and grappling, indicating that technique is important for such an act, rarely being able to actually harm them with bare fists. In Space (maybe Lightspeed Rescue?), I believe, has a moment where a woman rams a monster with a car, knocking it down and injuring it slightly, roughly comparable to a Ranger jumping in with an attack. Traditional police are generally shown to be ineffective, with small fire arms never being used. Lost Galaxy and Time Force have futuristic military using state of the arts firearms to suppress and injure monsters, but a) they never really get a kill on their own and, b) it is implied or outright stated that the futuristic weaponry is based off of Ranger tech. Rangers do not, as a rule, appear to be much faster or more agile than baseline humans, with both Rangers and monsters seemingly going for strength and endurance over dexterity.
Basically, in terms of destructive power, assume every Ranger can strike with the force of a high powered rifle. They are likewise able to tank similarly powerful hits for a period of time until their protection wears off. Their speed is generally slightly superior to an equivalent mundane human, but with superior stamina to maintain higher levels of action.
