Are there any DC or Marvel superheroes whose power is based around supporting other heroes?

Blue Lanterns can help heal Reds to separate them from their rings
They can sate the greed of Larfleeze and presumably anyone wearing the Orange ring
They could probably do all of the above for an Indigo channeling another color

Not sure how they work with Star Sapphires or Sinestro Corps

Healing powers outside of self healing factors are harder to base a character around as a primary, rather than an ass pull like SU did with healing spit. Games like over watch need healers because of the mmorpg trifecta of tank healing dps is still the most dependable and easy to understand concept in a team lineup

Many magical characters like Raven or Zatanna have been known to give out a healing hand.

Also Supergirl once teamed up with Ressurection Man (a man who when does comes back instantly with a different superpower) with a plan to harmlessly kill him until his power was a healing power that could cure cancer.

Off the top of my head I can't recall. I'd assume over a dozen.
He did end up with healing powers for a moment, but it was during a battle where some villains ambushed them so Supergirl was like "he's got the healing powers! Quick! Get him to the hospita-oh dammit the villain killed him again".

It was during the 00s run of Supergirl.

Th the war of light series they weakened Sinestro rings the same way red weakened green. But in the Sinestro mini the powered up yellow rings like green. No real explanation given for that.

Resurrection Man was a cool little series. He even appeared in DC One Million as himself. He was so old and experienced that he was able to choose a power upon resurrection, and had a harness attached to him so that he could briefly kill himself.

There is also as mutant that can bestow good or bad luck, and a mutant that can cancel out or double up the powers of other mutants.

Buff/debuff characters exist; they're just not as common as everything else.

Leech is sorta the complete opposite of that, anyone that gets close to him is unable to use their powers, he suppresses all mutant powers in range. But he can't fight or anything himself.

any time a comic introduces a person with healing powers, inevitably writers add power creep and their healing powers get stronger and stronger to the point they can heal anything and it makes "death" in comics an even bigger joke than it already is.
