Luthor would have an aneurysm at how "stupid" everything and everyone in the DBZ world. I would entire books dedicated to Luthor losing his shit to how unlogical everything is. Hell, set him up along with the Pilaf gang and throw a couple of bald jokes and it's golden.
Diana would enjoy fighting a couple of their enemies and how people don't give her shit for killing monsters and genocidal maniacs. Might test Vegeta a bit before giving a chance, guy was still a bit of genocidal maniac in his Frieza days.
Billy would love the place. No doubts of that. He would feel at home there.
Probably make Vegeta nervous around people like Amanda Waller and even make the DC Earth a scary place for space conquerors like Frieza, with said Earth being a terrifying place with weapons such a Black Hole Bullets, which in theory can kills flying bricks like the Saiyans.
DC Earth would be a nightmare to the DB villains, but a huge science fair for people like the Briefs. who would be impressed with the amount of tech they have without going insane. I can see Bulma taking her family to a vaction trip to Metropolis.
Also, Chichi and Lois having coffee and chatting about their lives. Goten and Trunks getting in trouble with Jon and Damian (with Trunks making fun of Damian for being a sour puss).
Batman and Vegeta having the whole "Who would win in a fight, Goku or Superman?" debate. With Batman supporting Superman and Vegeta supporting Goku. Both of them being huge fanboys.
