Why is it that Earth is the only planet to get superheroes and no other alien races?

The Kree have superheroes.
The Skrull have superheroes.
The Shi'ar have a whole legion of superheroes.
And that's just off the top of my head. There are other examples.

There's lots of examples of characters from other planets that come to earth to be a superhero. Other planets don't have the type of crime earth does and have different methods of dealing with it.

Usually when a story doesn't involve Earth, it doesn't tend to be as popular unless it's like a total fantasy setting. Most people want a familiar setting and a lot of people will immediately dismiss something if they feel like they have to 'learn' about that new setting.
