The context is different. Showing Bart getting hurt by Nelson for example is played for humor. But Lisa getting hurt by a bully it's seen as a tragic situation that must be corrected.

Count me in, seeing dipper put his hand in the pain hole got a chuckle out of me, but Mabel never had a funny moment outside of lolsorandumb or prop puns.

Sonething as simple as a tail slap from Mermando or throwing an object and it bouncing back would have been successful in getting an unexpected laugh out of me, if I'm honest I think physical comedy is an art we are barely getting these days.
