If they turned him into a frog, a regular frog not a super frog, then they could just squish him
They could:
-Take away his powers
-use a spell to calm him down
-throw him into the end of time
-throw him into a void dimension
-cure his radiation
-turn him into a baby from before he got his powers
etc etc
It's magic, it can feasibly do anything as long as the writer allows it
